Nature of the service
Gao Internet is infrastructure software. The stack is non-custodial by design. Gao Systems does not hold user funds, custody user identities, or guarantee returns of any kind.
Pre-mainnet surfaces are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Status labels (Live, Live Preview, Beta, Testnet Live, Developer Preview, Dev/Test, Coming Soon, Needs Verification) reflect a good-faith snapshot — features may change, pause, or be retired without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy referenced from these terms. In short: no unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use; no interference with the operation of Gao surfaces or other users; no circumvention of policy gates, capability tokens, or approval flows.
No investment advice
Nothing on the website, in the documentation, or in any pre-mainnet surface is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Statements about future functionality are forward-looking and inherently uncertain.
Third-party products
Links to live Gao ecosystem products (gao.global, crm.gao.global, store.gao.global, key.gao.global, app.gao.social/world, and similar) are governed by the in-app terms of those products. Linking does not constitute endorsement of any third-party site that those products may further reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gao Systems disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of pre-mainnet software is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gao Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website or any pre-mainnet surface.
Changes
These terms are preliminary and will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version prior to general availability. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms posted here.
