What we collect

Website analytics: aggregate, IP-truncated request logs sufficient to operate and secure the site. We do not sell access to these logs.

Account-linked data on Gao apps (for example gao.social, key.gao.global or meshii.app) is governed by each product's in-app disclosures. Where a surface is non-custodial, signing keys remain on the user device by design.

Voluntarily submitted information — for example, a support email — is processed only for the purpose for which it was submitted.

What we do not collect by design

Signing keys, recovery phrases, or any material that would allow Toii Labs LLC to move user funds or impersonate a user. Gao Internet is non-custodial by architecture.

The content of end-to-end encrypted Meshii messages. Meshii is designed so that message content is unavailable to the operator of any relay.

How we use information

To operate, secure, and improve the website and Gao Internet; to respond to enquiries; and to comply with legal obligations applicable to Toii Labs LLC.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run the website (for example, hosting providers); with regulators where legally required; and with successors in a corporate transaction subject to equivalent protections. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send a written request to the contact below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Changes

This notice will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page.
